Please be courteous and call for cancellations or schedule changes. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will try our best to accommodate every customer. However, depending upon the circumstances, we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
A three week cancellation notice is absolutely required. If not given at least the three week notice you will be charged a 25% fee of the total service for the party.
Our goal is to make every customer as happy as can be, although, we are aware of there sometimes being unhappy customers, we do not to give cash refunds. If you are unhappy with any services provided, we will do our very best to resolve the issue with another stylist, or if needed issue a gift cert of the amount of the service paid.
If you are not happy for any reason with a product purchased here, please by all means bring it back to us. We will gladly let you choose a better product that suits your hair type, as long as the bottle is still 3/4 full.
